How can you get the Pneu-Trade non-stop services?
Contracting:
After signing the frame agreement to benefit the truck tyre services, all of the covered member of your truck fleet will get a card with telephone number to be called in the case of tyre defect.
When tyre defect occurs:
In the case of the tyre defect you should call the call centre to announce the problem. We will call you back shortly after the authentication process to discuss the details: what kind of problems occurred, which size you need, what are the available brands of tyres and where had happened the defect.
Tyre repair:
Shortly after the authentication the service force will arrive to the venue to repair and/or change the flat tyre. Your driver should not pay for the services on the venue.
Payment:
After finishing the repair on the venue successfully and the truck is roadworthy again, we will prepare you the invoice based on the worksheet signed by the repairer and your truck driver.
