Professionalism
As from 1 July 2009, the European pre-paid lump sum contract to cover all tyre-related problems of trucks is available. The service is provided by CORA Fleet Management GmbH, and sold by Pneu-Trade in Hungary. Please secure your vehicles over 3.5 tons. Having the service you will receive immediate and professional repair on the spot in the case of tyre-related problems (flat tyre, tyre blowing up) reducing the lost time and increasing your efficiency and productivity, hence eliminate the unpredictable extra costs.
High success ratio
Qualified service staff guarantees the professional repair: more than 90% of the total cases are solved on the spot in all Europe*.
Full scale support
The European pre-paid lump sum contract covers all the costs of the serviced tyre in the case of tyre-problem. Therefore the service fee includes the related organizational costs of the call centre, calling the repairer, the arrival, and labour costs of the repairer, the cost of the replaced tyre, the cost of the replacement and the cost of the tyre-related materials (e.g. valve, weight). The service does not cover other costs occurred due to the tyre defect (e.g. damage in the break system or damage of the chassis). However, the service fee covers the occurred towing costs up to €1,000 to the nearest service station.
Non-stop service
The service covers the risks for one full year on each serviced new tyres specified in the service contract. To our Hungarian clients the service is available continuously in three languages (Hungarian, German, and English). The first call should paid by the client to inform the service centre. After that the service centre calls back the driver, authenticate the truck, tyre and client and immediately starts to organize the repair.

In the truck tyre repairer segment, the CORA Fleet Management built up one of the most professional network of repair stations in Europe, which consist of more than 40,000 contracted partners.
Reduced time loss
The call centre specifies at first the serviced tyre in order to immediately find the appropriate replacement tyre. After that the centre specifies the spot. Due to the professionalism the average European service time is only 2 hours (which is counted from the authentication till the roadworthy condition).
* The service covers the following countries and territories of Europe: Andorra, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Monaco, Montenegro, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Italy, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey (restricted on European part) and Ukrain.
Regarding the specified countries, the service also covers the tyre defects occurred on the islands of these countries geographically belonging to Europe, too. However, in these cases we cannot guarantee the 45 minutes arrival time on the spot due to the schedules of ferries. However, the service does not cover at all the overseas territories, islands, crown-lands etc. (e.g. Greenland, Canary Islands, Ceuta) of the specified countries.
